Lime grilled fish

a great way to cook thin fillet white fish on a bar-b-que
get the grill cooking on medium heat
slice limes place on grill
Lay fish on top of the bed of limes brush with butter ans smoked paprika
tent foil over the fish
cook 10-15 minites till the fish is cooked
the fish gets a wonderful flavour from the lime
